The short version
These Terms are an agreement between you and WRLDS Network ("WRLDS", "we", "us"). They cover this website, our Minecraft server network and our store. By using any of them you agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, please don't use them.
WRLDS is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft's own End User License Agreement and Usage Guidelines also apply when you play.
You sign in to the website with your Minecraft account by typing a one-time code into chat in game. You need a genuine, paid copy of Minecraft. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so don't share access to it.
We may suspend or close a website account, or restrict access to the server, if it's used to break these Terms or the server rules. Decisions about punishments are made by people, not automatically.
Players of all ages are welcome. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before buying anything, and they accept these Terms for you.
Parents: if a purchase was made without your permission, contact us through Support before contacting your bank. See section 7.
The server rules (type /rules in game) are part of these Terms. In short: be respectful, no cheating, no exploits, no scams, no advertising. Cheating and rule-breaking can lead to jails, mutes or bans, and losing access doesn't entitle you to a refund of anything you bought.
Because everything we sell is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. At checkout you ask us to deliver straight away and confirm that once delivery starts you can no longer cancel (this includes the 14-day cancellation right buyers in the UK and EU would otherwise have). If you don't tick that box, you can't check out.
This doesn't affect your legal rights if something you bought doesn't arrive or doesn't work as described: we'll put that right as set out in the Refund Policy.
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or card provider. Most problems are fixed quickly through Support, and a dispute can take your bank weeks.
If a payment is disputed or charged back:
If the dispute turns out to be a genuine mistake (a payment you didn't make, or one we got wrong), we'll restore your purchases and lift the pause.
Games change. We may update, rebalance, replace or retire game modes, features and items. If we remove the main benefits of a membership while it's still running, we'll give you something of equal value or refund the unused part.
Support tickets, reports and anything else you send us must be honest and respectful. You let us use them to run and improve the network, and to investigate reports.
WRLDS, not Mojang or Microsoft, is responsible for the personal data we hold about you and for protecting it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
We work hard to keep the network running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. Apart from what we must accept by law, we aren't responsible for losses you couldn't reasonably have expected, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are covered by the Terms in force when you made them, and you agree to the current Terms each time you check out.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live somewhere else, you keep any consumer protections the law where you live gives you, and nothing here takes those away.
The quickest way to reach us is a ticket through Support.
