How do I join?
Open Minecraft Java Edition 26.1.2, choose Multiplayer → Add Server and enter play.wrldsnetworkmc.com. Everything else (game modes, parties, your companion) is reachable from the hub.
How do I link my Minecraft account?
Choose Sign in, enter your Minecraft name, then type the code it shows into chat in game:
/link CODE. No password, and we never see your Microsoft login.I bought something. When does it arrive?
Within seconds, even if you're offline. Check Account → Rewards. If a delivery shows as delayed, staff have already been told; open a Store ticket with your order number if it isn't sorted soon.
How do crate keys work?
You earn a vote key for every hour you play on SMP or SkyFactory (time spent AFK doesn't count). Open them with
/vote. At the crates, shift + right-click buys a key with coins, and left-click shows every reward and its odds.How do I report a player?
For a chat message, click the message in game to report it. For anything else (cheating, griefing, scams) open a Report ticket below with who, where and when. Every report is looked at by a person; nobody is punished automatically from a report.
I think a punishment was a mistake.
Open a Punishment appeal ticket. Say which punishment and why it should be reviewed; a senior staff member who wasn't involved will look at the evidence.
Can I keep my stats private?
Yes. In Account → Settings, set Stats & profile to Hidden. You'll be left out of leaderboards and your public profile will show nothing.
